Already a creator of a style of dining room management and service based on moderation, discretion, respect for cuisine and tenacious modernity in the Abrevadero (1998) restaurant, at Alkimia Sònia is one of the key elements of the strongly defined character of this project that she leads together with Jordi Vilà.
Born in 1976, she studied at Lleida´s Escola d´Hostaleria, specialising in the dining room, her true passion. Partner with Jordi at Casa Irene, Joan Piqué and Jean Luc Figueras, always in the dining room, together they threw themselves into the adventure of the new Abrevadero, which later led to Alkimia.
